Turmeric milk, also known as the ”golden milk” has its origins in India and is having a real moment everywhere you turn your head to 🙂 It is a delicious drink, with great ”looks” because of its wonderful bright yellow colour and it is also super healthy. I am going to explain a little what turmeric latte contains, its benefits and how you can prepare it.

This healing golden milk is the perfect nourishing blend to boost your immune system during the cold season. How you make it
Ingredients:
250 ml vegetable milk ( coconut, almond,etc)
1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 whole cinnamon stick ( or 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon )
1 pinch ground black pepper
Sweetener of choice
Instructions
Warm up the milk, then add all ingredients to a big glass. Mix everything with a foam mixer and serve immediately. That.s about all. Enjoy!
